As the leading provider of washing technology we offer a broad range of models specifically designed for washing of carrots, potatoes, pickles and other field crops. All washing machines are built as barrel washers and are available as spray or immersion-bath washers. The machines are only suitable for continuous operation and not suitable for batch operation.
One defining feature that all the machines have in common is their robust, low-wear design. Another central design principle shared by all the machines is the maximum protection of produce during washing. The barrel geometry is, therefore, specifically dimensioned to the crops to be washed. Our machines are generally very economical in water consumption. The best performer in this respect is our KNOWA model with water consumption of only 2 m³ for 25 metric tons of potatoes. With the aid of auxiliary equipment or the installation of water recycling systems, similar consumption results can also be achieved by other machines. Planning, production and assembly of water recycling systems is also one of our core competencies.
